100 Today

When I first embarked on this blogging journey with feelgood40plus, my aim was clear: to inspire and empower those of us in the prime of our lives, encouraging growth, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of happiness. Each post was a step, and each word created a footprint of my passion and creative journey.

Today, I find myself 100 steps further on this path. Charlie Mackesy wrote 'The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse'. In that book he shines wisdom and invites us on a profound journey of friendship, courage, and self-discovery. The characters in the book "The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse"—each with their unique challenges—best reflect the journeys we all take despite our doubts, in particular, mine.

Power of Vulnerability

Much like the conversations between the boy and the mole, I have learnt writing is an act of vulnerability. I peel back layers of myself with each article, exposing my thoughts and reflections. It's not just about sharing experiences and knowledge; it's about opening up discussions that sometimes make us uncomfortable and celebrating the great things in life. The fears of judgement, irrelevance, or misunderstanding are what every writer most likely feels. However, in the embrace of these fears, we find our true courage, a theme so beautifully illustrated through the quiet strength of the fox in the book.

Role of Honest Feedback

One of the most significant aspects of my journey has been the circle of honest friends who have provided feedback along the way.
